Thor’s Cave, also known as Thor’s House Cavern and Thyrsis’s Cave, is located in Staffordshire, England. The cave is classified as a karst cave. From the bottom of the valley, approximately 80 meters (260 feet) above, the entrance to the cave is clearly visible, which is a symmetrical arch 7.5 meters wide and 10 meters high. 

This cave, accessible by a stepped walkway along the Manifold Way, offers stunning views of the Manifold Valley. The second entrance is the “West Window”, below which is another cave, Thor’s Fissure Cavern.
